Welcome to the Teacher’s Alliance, a professional organization
dedicated to assisting K-12 educators in the many challenges they
face. We are determined to find solutions that work for teachers,
principals and the children they serve.
In order to find solutions, we first need to identify the problems.
Our grassroots process brings together K-12 Teachers Alliance advisors
with individual teachers and principals in public, private, charter and
union schools to identify their specific needs. Through this “needs
analysis,” advisors reach out to educators at their convenience either
by e-mail, phone or in-person.
Once we have an understanding of the common problems, the
K-12 Teachers Alliance bridges the communication gap that can
exist between school districts, private schools, unions and other
K-12 groups in finding solutions. We have found great success in
helping educators through this proactive method of communication
and problem-solving. In fact, the K-12 Teachers Alliance contributes
to the success of tens of thousands of educators every year.
